Accuracy of Information
Yakima County government offices change phone numbers, hours, addresses, fees, and procedures without much notice. We do our best to keep our pages current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail on this site is correct at any given moment. Before you visit the Yakima County Courthouse or send a payment to any court office, call ahead to confirm the details.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. We point you to resources and explain how things generally work in Yakima County under Washington law, but a website cannot replace a licensed Washington state attorney.

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party companies. We do not control what those tools return, how they price their services, or how they handle data you submit.
Outbound Links
We link to Yakima County court portals, Washington state agency sites, the clerk's office website, the sheriff's office, and other resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any external site, including official government portals.
No Records on This Site
This site does not host any Yakima County court records, jail rosters, warrant data, marriage records, divorce records, or vital records. We point you to the Washington state and Yakima County offices that do hold those records. To get an actual document, you have to request it from the issuing office.
